SHIPPING
Our standard shipping method is by Parcel Force. Other shipping options are
available at an additional cost. All orders shipped outside the UK
will incur additional shipping charges that will be e-mailed to you prior to
shipment.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges due to weight or
dimension. Your actual shipping on these items may vary from the shipping cost
quoted on the web. You will be notified of these changes via e-mail prior to
shipment.
In-stock orders placed before 12 a.m. Monday to Friday will ship same
day. Orders placed after 12 a.m. Monday to Friday and orders placed
Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
This is to the UK mainland only. This dose not include the highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight Isle of Man, Northern Island, Eire, and any offshore islands. All these deliveries are subject to extra cost. Please email info@BLINGSTAR.co.uk for a quote.
BACKORDERS
In the event that some items are temporarily out of stock or unavailable, your
order may be shipped partial. Your credit card will only be billed for the items
that actually ship. Shipping charges will be divided on multiple shipments, and
will not exceed the original amount quoted on your order.
You will be notified via e-mail on the status of backordered items.
RETURNS
Good, Unused, or Defective merchandise may be returned for a refund, credit, or
exchange, within 14 days of receipt. Please call us to obtain a Return
Authorisation Number. Pack your return in the original package, if possible, and
clearly write the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the package.
Returns not displaying a valid Return Authorisation Number will be refused.
Returns are subject to a restocking fee at the descretion of Blingstar Industries (Europe). Please ship returns via an
insured method. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries. Please note that we do not refund shipping and handling charges.
